My iRiver is an important part of my personal learning environment (ple). This hat makes it easy to listen in stereo while doing mundane tasks like painting. I prefer single (mono) earbud when doing more challenging tasks (like riding a bike or walking)
but I love his evil genius look in this photo.
This is the mighty Eric Arvizu, a very talented designer/videographer in my office. Also, he's funny and a joy to work with.

A wet weekend project! This Raspberry Pi kit was an inspired Christmas present from the fabulous Juliac2006.
A British invention it is a true mini computer designed as a low cost way to learn coding, teaching kids of all ages to look beneath the hood of their computer and make programs. This is about the size of an audio cassette (showing my age here) it comes complete with a mini wireless keyboard and operating system - Julia thoughtfully added a useful projects manual too - Hours of fun ahead!
