A decidedly evil-looking tree in Yorkshire.
An account of my visit to the Yorkshire Dales, including an encounter with a talking raven (seriously):

I love finding new insects but it's a bit tempered when I find them in the yard. Then I have to ask, is this a bad insect to have? What is it doing in my yard? This one was identified as a Broad-nosed Weevil (Trichalophus simplex) in BugGuide. In BugGuide they said for food this beetle was a polyphagous herbivore. I had to look that up and it means they feed off of different plants. So, not necessarily a friend, but I haven't seen very many of them. I do think they look very interesting!

I am actually uploading old shots (and not so frequently) because I'm busy with a lot of irl things and I kinda lost motivation. I purchased a few new games on Steam during Christmas, but for some reason I cannot feel bothered to play any of them at the moment. I have more titles that I barely started like ME: Andromeda and AC: Origins and never continued... not because I wasn't enjoying them, just... I'm not feeling too well I guess. All I did was mostly play on PS4 FFXV, especially after the Multiplayer DLC and new Episode. I got Horizon Zero Dawn too a few days ago, but even if I still love gaming with every fiber of me I can't get into it somehow. Will try to get back on track soon because I miss it all.

Its such a shame I was so close. So close to winning the Battle. Countless wars .... defeated, for what? to have me fall, fall so far from where i had started. The darkness is real. Evil is real it swallowed me whole enjoying the piercing sting forever tarnishing what was me into utter darkness.
This evil Yellowjacket was on his way to attack the bumble bee. I got shots of that, too.
Yellowjackets, they just LOOK evil, don't they?
Does anybody else see a teddy bear waving at you? Or maybe an evil Ewok holding the bloody corpse of his victim?

I'm really not happy that my camera froze when all the fireworks were in the air together so I don't have multiple fireworks in one shot. I guess this is close I will get for now. And ince I thought that all of them were kind of similar and didn't make sense to upload them separately, just decided to do a collage and show all in one shot together. Maybe I could make 1 more collage. But I believe these are the best shots of them all.
