Loosely based on a musical piece by Steve Hillage, "Ether Ships". Here, again, abstraction for it's own sake, for the facilitation of imagination.
Music Link: Steve Hillage, "Ether Ships" from his "Green" album. Recorded in 1978 with Nick Mason of Pink Floyd producing, this song foreshadows the work Hillage would go on to do in the 1990's and up to this date with his electronic / psy trance unit, System 7.

Today i wanted to do a shot of me fading away in the breeze but when i attempted the effect it looked disjointed and artificial. So when i began adding layers of shots i did with flour i was surprised with the result. It was taking the form of water spray from the sea or evaporation, but as i didn't want to take the image too far away from the origional idea decided to make it more like my energy around my body dissapating. You can actually almost see a demonic figure from the ether appearing too, a pleasant accidental result! I have to empty my scratch disc again though as its full, that will have to wait till later though, now it's time for roast dinner!
