Wynyard Railway Station escalator sculpture Interloop.

This is a sculpture by Chris Fox are the old hard wood escalator steps that were in service since 1932 until they were replaced in 2017.

The escalators outside the Ruhr Museum at Zeche Zollverein in Essen, Germany belong to the longest in the world. The re-design of this former coal mine was done by the architect Rem Koolhaas.
