There is meant to be the Yarra River in this Screen shot... but there is not water. And this is the second time I have deleted and installed the maps for the Nokia Maps Beta 2 as well.
Great copy. And I think this is the first time I've seen a Dopplr error message, which in itself is saying something.
I first saw this morris side at Shrewsbury, several years ago and often wondered where they got their name from. Was it because they were secretaries and book-keepers who frequently made mistakes when copying or writing out documents? Or were they all absent minded vicars and members of the clergy distracted by a type of dancing which some claim originated during pre-Christian times?
I then noticed they all wore dog-collars and I did learn that at least one of them is a real, proper vicar.
The programme guide describes them as a “mixed Welsh Border dance team based in Flintshire” and as having “bemused audiences in France, Germany and the Czech Republic.” I'd add that when I saw them in the dance tent at Shrewsbury, I was mesmerized! The programme also suggested “If music be the food of love...Clerical Error is the indigestion...” Tut tut. If you ever get the chance, you really must get to see them!
These pictures were taken outside The Morris Dancer pub.

My hujoo, Error. She's an alien. New outfit for her too. Rosalyn is also wearing her wig, but I like this one on Error.

Error 404
Northern Stage
THU 29 - FRI 30 OCT, 11am & 2pm
An ARC Production
Written and performed by Daniel Bye
There's a boy. No more than ten years old. You know someone just like him - except that his best friend is a robot.
Don't hold that against him, though. He lost his best friend in a terrible accident and when his mum brings home an unusual parcel, things start getting weirder and weirder. Join him on a roller-coaster of laughter, tears, music and games - you might even change the ending.
Funny, engaging and unusual, Error 404 asks you to look again at everything you thought you knew.
Tickets: £ 10.50 / £8.50 children
Errors / Worriedaboutsatan, hosted by 44 Promotions at the Storey, Lancaster. Awesome night, way too dark though.
