I go to purchase certain things in auctions (or try them) and this is what happens. (when i hit try it I get some other error about a semi-colon)
Even by 2004 error messages should have ceased being quite so opaque as this.
Indeed, in a connected world, inviting the user to approve sending a message to the helpdesk rather than asking them to ring would be unsurprising.

The Role of Error
Mistakes are frustrating, wasting money stings, wasting time stings worse. I'm trying to reflect and appreciate wisdom I've paid dearly for though. (I think years of dealing with all sorts of people is gradually paying off by making me better at customer service, haha.) This is a photo I took outside the marriage license bureau in Las Vegas when I was there for my friend's (2nd) marriage last year, such a great trip, and seeing her build a new life for herself piece by piece has been such an inspiration to me.
