There are many reasons why I love Twitter, but their excellent communication with users really makes it delightful. The Role of Error
Mistakes are frustrating, wasting money stings, wasting time stings worse. I'm trying to reflect and appreciate wisdom I've paid dearly for though. (I think years of dealing with all sorts of people is gradually paying off by making me better at customer service, haha.)
