LUNCH AND TOWN HALL DISCUSSION
Making Inclusion a Source of Strength
At a time when the debate over inequality has become a national flashpoint, companies need to rethink their approach to equality within the space they have direct control: the workplace. Every company aspires to achieve a diverse and inclusive workplace, and enjoy the resulting benefits of resilience and creativity, but efforts too often fall short. While the proportion of the nonwhite male population is growing, financial challenges for this demographic are also growing, as businesses struggle to implement the inclusive hiring practices that can expand access to prosperity. This town hall discussion will examine lessons learned from entry-level to C-suite recruitment and promotion, and explore the critical approaches necessary to yield success toward this goal.

Shruthi the youngest of all the Lot Stood in the Hot Sun at 40 degrees celcius at the beach holding this display. Quite amazing how a small child understands the importance of equaity in a society and the politicians, everyone of them aged and old dont seem to give a f**** about things.

Title: American Equality
Teacher: Mrs. Peterson-Shea
Theme: Expressions of Freedom and Equality
Materials and techniques: Acrylic paint.
About: Our group focused on race inequality. In the background, we show an American flag. In front of the American flag, we show one hand reaching out to another to pull them up. We painted this because all races aren't always treated completely equal. They do have the same rights, but some people still don’t treat all other races the same. Equality is important in the United States.

"Equality"
Buenos Aires, Argentina
Submitted By: Sarah Leibrandt
Student Description: This photo was taken at a protest in Buenos Aires. The protesters were advocating for a law to be passed that would break up giant media conglomerates. This law will not put the control in of the hands of the few, 4 major companies, who will limit where in the country it is broadcast and what is viewed. To publicly owed and obtained stations, like PBS. Evita, now deceased and whose name is on the flag as well as all over Buenos Aires, is an icon to many in Argentina for her values and strong moral beliefs on equality.
