Epcot is the second of four theme parks built at Walt Disney World. It opened on October 1, 1982, and has more than twice the size of the Magic Kingdom park. It is dedicated to the celebration of human achievement, namely technological innovation and international culture. It is the third most visited theme park in the United States, and sixth most visited theme park in the world.

Normally, I'm not a take-photos-of-my-food type of girl. However, this counter service place in Epcot's France had such delicious and pretty food, I couldn't help myself!

The fireworks at Epcot are awsome. Note the blue screens of the onlookers' cameras and cell phone cameras.

This is so much prettier in the morning/early afternoon than my camera could capture, because of the way the comes through the skylight.
