Navy veteran, Eric Benson, sits on the bumper of his VW bus, Sweet Pea. Benson has made it a hobby of collecting old VW buses and restoring them. Currently, Sweet Pea is in storage in Cedar Falls, IA. Benson waits for warmer weather so that he can drive one of his prized possessions.

Playground elements evoke the storytelling heritage of the Nanticoke Indian Tribe at Tidewater Park in Laurel, Del., on May 1, 2025. Nanticoke Indian Tribe members provided input on the design of the park, a project led by Delaware Sea Grant resulting in the park's ribbon cutting in 2024. “The Nanticoke Nation takes great pride in Tidewater Park featuring Indigenous legends highlighting the origins of the First People of the First State. The World Bank conducts the Mid-Term Review for the Landscape Approach to Forest Restoration and Conservation (LAFREC).
This exercise- conducted from February 1 to February 8, 2018- included meetings with implementing stakeholders and partners and field visits to some of the activities implemented under the project.
