descending the stairs. The handrail you see and the balusters are original. Sadly, the lower portion of the railing and the bottom newel are gone. I hope to one day have replacements made and installed. It will be so pretty.

A security hut in the abandoned Elizabeth Shaw chocolate. In 1968 the company was sold to a Bristol factory steeped in chocolate history and innovation, originally opened by former Fry & Son’s employee Edward Packer in 1881.
