Sums up my general mood over the last 24hrs
I’ll spare you the graphic details as you may be in the middle of breakfast, suffice it to say my gout has gone only to be replaced by its attendant partner in geriatric crime, Farmer Giles.
To take my mind off the current colonic catastrophe I have resurrected a recent pic and fiddled with it in Luminar 4
Mit dem Ende des heutigen Tages ändert sich auch bei der Eisenbahn Mal wieder einiges. Gerade die 218er werden dabei weiter zurückgedrängt. Unter anderem Werden die RE Leistungen im Allgäu und die Leistungen am IC Paar 118/119 auf der badischen Südbahn auf Triebwagen bzw Baureihe 101 umgestellt. Ebenfalls im Allgäu verschwindet die DB auf der Relation von München über Memmingen, hier übernimmt nun GoAhead Bayern mit Flirt3XL. Auch das Netz der S-Bahn Nürnberg wird um eine weitere Linie erweitert. So verschwindet die line RB10 der Mainfrankenbahn zwischen Nürnberg Hbf und Neustadt (Aisch) und wird zur Line S6, die Fahrzeiten ändern sich hierbei nicht, jedoch werden die 440er durch 425er ersetzt. Aber auch andern Ortes gibt es Neuerungen. So wurden bereits gestern die verbleibenden 143er aus Frankfurt nach Leipzig-Engelsdorf gebracht. Diese Leistungen werden nun von der Baureihe 146 gefahren. Nun aber zum Bild. Im Sommer des Jahres war noch alles im Lot als 218 414 und 415 als RE3893 Oberstdorf - München Hbf Gl. 27-36 kurz vor Langenwang fotografiert werden konnten.

Amsterdam - Buiksloterdijk / Buiksloterweg.
The "Oosteinde (east end)" of Buiksloot village.
Buiksloot was a separate municipality until 1921, when it merged with Amsterdam.
In 1928 Oosteinde and Westeinde were renamed in Buiksloterdijk.
Op 1 januari 1921 is Buiksloot samen met de gemeenten Nieuwendam, Ransdorp, Sloten en Watergraafsmeer opgegaan in de gemeente Amsterdam. De gemeente Buiksloot was sterk verarmd na de watersnood van 1916, toen een groot gebied ten noorden van Amsterdam overstroomde.
