Toni (ToniItaly) SOOO generously gave me heaps of advice and information on how to achieve the wonderful embossing effects she produces on her cookies and cakes. I hope I have "done her proud" with my attempt!

I found this cup & saucer at my local antique/second hand shop........

A Macro Mondays submission on the topic "embossed". Some keys on an old typewriter (remember those?)

Focus stack (25 images). Shot with two off-camera strobes Godox AD200Pro/Godox XPro II L trigger). Flash A, bare bulb, bounded off of 32 inch white umbrella mount on overhead boom. Flash B round head modified with grid and barn doors, camera right 45 degrees, 45 degrees above subject.

I used 2 flashes, type Elinchrom D-Lite 4 it, both placed in front approx 45 deg. directed against the middle of the face. Both lamps were placed slightly from above.

This leather bracelet, embossed with my name as well as butterflies and mushrooms, was given to me by my late sister over 40 years ago.
