A test in chainmail rockwork and modern castle building techniques. Must say that I like both of the techniques thoroughly. I have also put a lot of effort into the continouty and make-sensitude of the diorama: from the river's meanders to vegetation, biome distribution and ruins effects.
Named after Joseph Oleskiw who helped many Ukrainian and Polish settle in Canada. One of my favourite parts of Edmonton, there's a footpath to the right of this that follows the tree line and another that follows the river and another between the two through the trees and bush.
In 2021 this was renamed Jan Reimer park in honour of Edmonton's first woman Mayor. Extending the River Valley park system was continued under her initiative.
State of the art communication. Most of the Troops you see here will end up in Germany with the 356th Infantry. This is near the beginning of WWI (for the USA).
