Tonight I self taught how to change from a 1970s electrical outlet to a moderns three prong grounded beauty. I'm super proud to announce I wasn't tickled and nothing seems to have died. Handy-girl achievement unlocked!
Day 104 (104/365):
Did an experiment on long exposures. This shot (composite image) was taken inside my pickup truck while roaming the streets of Davao. Camera was setup atop a tripod at 10-30 seconds exposure.

Infra red image created using a Hoya R72 IR filter that I have had for about a year and just never knew how to make use of it. Figuring it out now... just sucks that it's fall and all of the green foliage is going away. I'll be ready for spring though!!!

365 Days of Turning Ordinary to Extra-Ordinary
A robot made out of ordinary things. I was at the Saratoga (CA) Rotary Art Show today (after the rained stopped for a bit), and went by Paul Loughride's booth (LockWasher Design). He makes sculptures out of common objects (metal). This robot has bicycle hand brakes for its arms and Christmas lights for hair.
