This is Mid-way up the Eiffel Tower. I couldn't Belive all the Graffiti that was there. I guess everyone wanted to leave a "Momentum" I Had to laugh at the one over on the Right. it Simply says..."I was here" HA!
The Eiffel Tower, which served as the entrance to the 1889 Exposition Universelle, as seen from the second of its three observation decks.
