Nice to have some variety away from Gold 57s.
On loan to Exmouth is 47600. We've had this for a good few weeks now, it was parked up in our depot for much of the time but has been back out a week or so.
Not sure what the story is with this interesting Dennis, but it's sadly not moved in quite some time. Anyone with more info?
47600 YJ07 EHX is seen at Newton Abbot Sherborne Road whilst operating the 22:25 77A service from Highweek to Buckland.
One of at least four due into the ConnexionsBuses fleet is Optare Tempo YJ57 EHX; this was new to Ambassador Travel of Great Yarmouth before entering the Norfolk Green fleet of Kings Lynn, and when Stagecoach bought out Norfolk Green this entered their East Anglia fleet as 25126. This has had a couple of days on school runs prior to running its debut into service with HCT on the X52 route, but is seen here on its first day in York on service 13 towards Copmanthorpe at Station Rise. It is expected that the 4 Tempo's due for Connexions will be used on the 13. Currently this has been given a masking livery with different shades of green covering over the Stagecoach livery, which does make this look like it should be running the 505 or 517 services in the Lake District!
39945 YN69 EHX is seen on Colston Avenue whilst operating the 11:32 45 service from Cadbury Heath to Bristol City Centre.
Tetley's YN15 EHX is approaching Doncaster Racecourse on St Leger day. It is a Scania K360IB4 with Irizar i6 coachwork. It was new in 2015 to Thurlby (D&P Coaches), Farnborough.

Morris' big seller of the 1930's and the model that turned the company around. The engine is a Morris copy of the Ford 8hp unit, but improved in detail, with a three bearing crank, mated to a three speed gearbox
The attractive body also closely resembled the Ford, the Tourer sold for £ 120 when new and helped the Eight capture the public imagination with 20,000 sales. From Summer 1933 the cars were updated with Hardy-Spicer Universal Joints replacing fabrib joints.
The Series 2 of 1938 incorporated cosmetic changes to keep the Eight in line with the Norris family , painted radiator shells, Easiclean wheels and bodies now in a single colour, but still with black wings unlike other 1938 Morris cars. The Series II stuck with the same running gear as before but remained a strong seller.
This car seems to have had a military background during WW2, its first civilian owner had this unusual Woody type Estate body built . The original windscreen scuttle and sills have been incorporated in the new body, now owned by Peter Davies of Welshpool the car has participated in a number of Continental club rallies in Belgium and Switzerland in the 1970s and 80s. The areas normally chrome plated on civilian cars would have been painted over by in military form, it also has two brass towing lugs fixed onto the chassis where the bumper would normally be fixed

ConneXionsbuses - Optare Tempo - YJ57 EHX is seen here at Copmanthorpe, Station Road operating service 13 to Haxby on December 22nd 2017.
This bus was new to Ambassador Travel of Great Yarmouth, it then operated with Norfolk Green and Stagecoach as their 25126.
An Optare Tempo X1200 in Spalding bus station.
This bus has nearly completed a full circle as it were, as it started with Ambassador then went to Norfolk Green, then Stagecoach East, with whom it would have almost certainly ran into Spalding on the 505 service, before spending a period in Harrogate.
