Early waiting list opening soon!
Previously, in Eggie Tales, we learned that a mystery lies in the silver room...
Meanwhile Eggo has been spending his weekend partying the way he likes the most:
Listening to loud rock music on his Ipod. But this time the music was too loud. As a matter of fact, cracking loud! So loud it tragically cracked his eggshell!
Would that be the end of our little friend?
… Stay tuned!

first in an occasional series i intend to start: homage. this one is inspired by juan gelb's "legs perspective". now if i could just be inspired to work on my calves....
(apparently, this image was involved in a flickr coincidence too.)
My Custom Lego Batcave wich im using for a brickfilm with a green screen on the background i know its not the best but i didnt have a better idea and i dont have the offical sets

PERSONAL FUN FACT: I'm not sure how this doll wasn't on my radar before. I guess it's most likely because I tend to overlook the holiday themed Kelly dolls. But I was drooling over Miss Melody when I encountered her in person at the local flea market. It was a beautiful Sunday in September 2025. I was excited to find a Cabbage Patch Kids girl as soon as we entered the flea market, but I wasn't sure if we'd come home with anything else. Lo and behold, there were oodles of goodies and treasures to admire. I was most intrigued by an enormous box filled with brand new old stock Kelly dolls (from the early to mid 2000s). The seller had tons and tons of mainly holiday themed Kelly dolls for $5 a piece. Or, you could get 5 dolls for $20. Needless to say, I didn't come home with just one. I was torn between this Melody and Li'l Chick Nikki as my fifth doll. I ended up choosing Melody because she was more interesting as a doll than blonde Nikki. Though both of their outfits were very enticing. No worries, I ended up getting $20 out of the ATM so I could buy Nikki and four more dolls too (which resulted in me getting ten new Kelly dolls in one day). I was surprised when my sister opened this cutie and we saw she had short hair. That's why she isn't wearing the lamb hood in this photo, so you can better see her hairstyle. Her face is pretty unique as well...there is something extra cartoon like about it.

Third day of holiday. Woke after a good meal last night at 6.10am with no trips to loo in night! A first for ages & just before 6.20am alarm! A clear cold morning - First down to see the 4 or 5 moths in Martin's trap, nothing very exciting. Ilyia , Martin & self chatted over coffee from vac after we found the mugs. Good breakfast - eggie bread/toast, bacon & a HB egg. Bread, jam, cherry juice & more coffee. All ready before 9am leaving in rain & cloud, prepared for a wet day. Drove over mountains south to Petroussa & an open air theatre set in a river gorge. Spectacular setting but showers & clouds made first few hours uncertain. Nightingales singing, Tony clambered up a rock race to snap a Southern Comma! Later into a Chequered Blue . Up and down steps to bottom of gorge several times. Weather gradually got better & by lunch time c 1pm it got warmer. WE had called at Aldi on way and I enjoyed my apple turnover & pain au raisin.. No euros with me so I owe Martin for mine. Also some apple juice & treat, sticks of nougat & peanut brittle. Some nice butterflies & scenery. Later c 4pm we went up the mountain to Pirgy, where the same stream had been dammed . Beautiful flowers Ramonda and White Helleborines .
Back at hotel in Volakas c 7pm , after stopping for an ice cream on the way back. After a good shower and tidy up down to drinks with Richard, Ilyia & Tony's wife & Jon etc for a Fix beer outside with the hotel dog. Then supper , a huge wodge of lasagna & salad with red wine in litre jugs & so to bed.
Meet Eggnerd Geekates, Eggo’s best friend.
Computer Genius and inventor, Eggnerd is into comics, Anime and sci-fi.
This is his room, where he keeps his collection of trophies acquired at in-numerous science fairs he attended and always won first prizes. But behind these trophies and nerdy posters lies a mystery silver door with golden door knobs that hides a secret.
A secret that will change all the “egg·is·tence” forever.... What could it be?
Oh, Did I mention Eggnerd’s favorite color is silver?
...to be continued...

Earlier children's toys were made of wood or other natural materials like Ymir's rocking horse. Nowadays they are made of plastic like Eggie's toys.

I went to a sewing machine store to buy some standard sewing thread and while there I noticed that they had these wonderful thin metallic threads that can be knitted or crocheted along with any standard yarn to produce a glittery effect.
Eggie is pleased with her yellow jacket with gold glitter effect but Kuura thinks her jacket still needs a bit work...
