Not the cleanest build, but it's hard when the pots and LED aren't mounted to the PCB. Masking tape insures that the PDB doesn't short out on the case.

For some reason the top and bottom plates suffered from a little crazing. I'm not sure it this is due to the frost that happened while I was waiting for the enclosure to dry, or if I was overzealous with the paint.

I coated the entire piece in red, sketched my letters, chipped up the pain with an x-acto knife, then use a sharpie to finish. Clear coat went on top of that.

Anyway, the Infection IN-1 is handmade by Audible Disease. It uses two oscillators to make all kinds of crazy noises (and sounds fantastic when jamming along with the Microkorg).

I made sure this giant squid was as anatomically correct as possible—that means eight arms, two tentacles, and the vent between the eyes,. I knew it would drive my crazy if I realized I had gotten the number of tentacles wrong or something.
