A few weeks ago I ate some bloody delicious wontons but they were frightfully expensive at £18 for 16 dumplings. I decided to make my own instead.
The two secret ingredients being M&S OBE sausage meat and pulverised ginger and coriander oil. The £10 worth of ingredients yielded 38 dumplings. And I might add that these wontons were fantastic!
