The craft of the Chef is a tiring job that gives moments of dream and extreme sensory and aesthetic pleasure to people. What's behind the evanescent scenes and the classic glossy food photos of dishes on āMichelinā restaurants tables, however, is often not enough known by insiders nor even by the clients of a restaurant in terms of craftsmanship and know-how.
Fascinated from mastery of these taste explorers and from their ability to compose dishes obtained after a long and hard research, I entered in their kitchens on tiptoe. The appearance of the realization of the dishes adds a component of perceptual enjoyment of the creativity of the Chef and allows the viewer to "interact" with the photographs in terms of empathy with the process of implementation of the dishes, as it has been for me that, discreetly, approached the reportage project.

We tend to celebrate light in our pictures. Understanding how light interacts with the camera is paramount to the work we do. The temperature, intensity and source of light can wield different photography effect on the same subject or scene; add ISO, aperture and speed, the camera, the lens type, focal length and filtersā¦the combination is varied ad multi-layered and if you know how to use them all, you will come to appreciate that all lights are useful, even those surrounded by a lot of darkness.
We are guided by three passions, simple but overwhelmingly strong, our longing to capture in print, that which is beautiful, the constant search for the one picture, and constant barrage of new equipment and style of photography. These passions, like great winds, have blown us across the globe in search of the one and we do understand the one we do look for might be this picture right here for someone else out there.

A Very Berrilicious Smoothie, bursting with berry and omega 3 superpowersš«āØš Sorryš , but I just cannot resist stuffing strawberries into everything and anything in last couple of days and I have a feeling that itās going to be a trendšš This is one of my snack/light dinner smoothies (since a green one every morning is a part of my spring detox routine I kind of miss my pink foodšš) It was very delicious and fragrant, just bursting with flavors and sweetness of berriesššš The recipe: Blend until smooth: Ā½ banana Ā½ cup raspberries or blackberries Ā½ cup strawberries 1 tsp @proteinworld acai powder 2 tsp @proteinworld ground flax seeds 1 cup plant milk (I used oat, but you can use any plant: almond, rice, walnutā¦) a small bunch of parsley (optional) a few fresh basil or mint leaves I swirled in some coconut yoghurt and chia jam for extra yumminess. We tend to celebrate light in our pictures. Understanding how light interacts with the camera is paramount to the work we do. The temperature, intensity and source of light can wield different photography effect on the same subject or scene; add ISO, aperture and speed, the camera, the lens type, focal length and filtersā¦the combination is varied ad multi-layered and if you know how to use them all, you will come to appreciate that all lights are useful, even those surrounded by a lot of darkness.
We are guided by three passions, simple but overwhelmingly strong, our longing to capture in print, that which is beautiful, the constant search for the one picture, and constant barrage of new equipment and style of photography. These passions, like great winds, have blown us across the globe in search of the one and we do understand the one we do look for might be this picture right here for someone else out there.

The craft of the Chef is a tiring job that gives moments of dream and extreme sensory and aesthetic pleasure to people. What's behind the evanescent scenes and the classic glossy food photos of dishes on āMichelinā restaurants tables, however, is often not enough known by insiders nor even by the clients of a restaurant in terms of craftsmanship and know-how.
Fascinated from mastery of these taste explorers and from their ability to compose dishes obtained after a long and hard research, I entered in their kitchens on tiptoe. The appearance of the realization of the dishes adds a component of perceptual enjoyment of the creativity of the Chef and allows the viewer to "interact" with the photographs in terms of empathy with the process of implementation of the dishes, as it has been for me that, discreetly, approached the reportage project.
