I have learnt that the French Speaking of Quebec Provience consider it part of their culture.
They are intent on continuing to speak the French language and inthis they are supported by the Provincial Government. The French speaking families children attend French speaking primary school eduction. The French spoken in Quebec is not the same as that in France. The French Government is not helpful in any succession of Quebec from Canada.
