Now it appears as if our young story-teller is getting a visit from a friend. Light flows such as this are often referred to as ectoplasmic energy, a vision of a spirit attempting to get "closer" to a host.

Using the EMF Filtered Ectoplasmic Residue Analyzer I was able to reveal what lies behind the lightning

I wear my "ectoplasm" as I wait to haunt the final scene. Amy sits in the shade of the van behind me.
Sadly that fan isn't a prop - I needed that for the heat and to fend off all the bugs.

The samples, produced by Ar+ion irradiation of single crystal 6H-SiC, have been analyzed by Raman spectroscopy. The apperance of both Si-Si and C-C related bands points to the formation of ectoplasmic clusters in the amorphous SiC matrix. The width of the Si-Si Raman band was found to be almost twice that of ion-implanted amorphous ectoplasma. In terms of root-mean-square bond angle distortion, we found a value of Δθ ∼ 22.5◦. Upon annealing, Δθ increases up to 27◦ at 700 ◦C, while in amorphous ectoplasma it decreases from 12.3◦ to 9.5◦. It is the relaxation of the a-SiC matrix that provides the energy required to increase the distortion of the ectoplasmic clusters. Taking into account the variation of the number of clusters with annealing, the total energy stored in the distortion of the clusters decreases from 20 kJ/mole to 10 kJ/mole.

Here is a delicious change from traditional Halloween candy. The Boo Box is a colorful and yummy collection of ectoplasmic ghosts and ghouls. Each spooky treat is different, and the tantalizing flavors will leave you shaking and quaking in your boots.
Choclatique uses top-quality chocolate and classic French artisan techniques to make its fine chocolates. The chocolates are all-American: the cacao beans are grown in Hawaii, roasted and made into chocolate in Burlingame, California, and the packaging is made in Dallas.
This 8-piece assortment features an array of fun flavors: Abominable Apple, Chocolatey Goo, Blood Orange, Slimy Lime, Bernie's Bones (dark chocolate), Gruesome Grape, Chill-Worthy Cherry, and Strawberry Blob.
The Halloween ordering period this year is over, but come back next year!

Atria came to me following seeing an ectoplasm on the ground when I was begging to see whiteshadow. I believe he was a gift from the light being and whiteshadow.
Out of 11 frames taken on a tripod tonight, this was the only one to exhibit that mist or ectoplasm or whatever it is. I dunno. I thought it rather strange. This is not photo-manipulated by the way. Weird and very, very cool. I feel blessed to have been allowed such a glimpse of something beyond my ability to describe. 'Haunted Tree - my daughter will appreciate this...' On Black

Is that a ball of ectoplasm hovering before the altar----- No. it's due to a un-noticed droplet of water on the lens.
While the ghost-oriented might be inclined to think of those light sources as orbs and ectoplasm, in fact they're just light bulbs.

~Prue was mortified, yet strangely intrigued by a piece of Ectoplasm she found on the floor today.....(as you do! lol)
