Pentax SF1 Kodak 2254 Intermediate Color film low ISO DIY ECN2. Not sure why all of these are out of focus. Maybe the camera, or the scanning. No matter - it's an experiment.
Minolta Maxxum 5 Kodak 2254 color duplicating film DIY ECN2. This was an experiment to see if I could remove the blue cast from the film. I shot it at 6 iso (It should be shot even lower - 3 or 1.6 - but camera only goes to 6). I added an 85b correcting filter (the same you use when shooting tungsten balanced film outdoors). It was a sunny morning in early March so there wasn't much natural color. I succeeded in removing the blue color, but the trade-off is that the shutter speed was so low there's a lot of camera shake in these photos.
Kodak Duaflex IV Kodacolor-X DIY ECN2. Room temperature ECN2 developer. 18 min with inversions for the first minute with 3 gentle inversions every minute after. Bleach for 5 minutes (same agitation schedule). Fix for 5 minutes (same agitation schedule). Rinse and photoflo as normal.
Kodak 2254 Minolta srTmc-II DIY ECN2. I used a 85b filter on all shots. The film was shot at 6 iso, aperture set at f/2, and shutter speed set at 15. The camera had some issues after the first shot in that the image in the viewfinder was distorted and I couldn't tell if the shot was in focus.I figured out how to tell if the images in the split view finder matched up. In addition, at such a slow shutter speed there is some camera shake. I developed it in ECN2 as it is the recommended developer. No adjustments during scanning other than cropping and changing the orientation.
