One of Harrogate's brand-new eCitaros 1007 (BV74 NFC). I believe this is the first photo of this particular bus.
Go North East Demonstrator 9049 / MB21 BUS Is seen here at Baltic Square whilst on a test run.
The fully electric eCitaro has returned to Go North East for a few weeks and will be mainly seen on service 97 between Newcastle and Metrocentre. It has entered service this morning and is tracking as 9049.

HEAG mobilo GmbH: the articulated electric bus number 423 (Mercedes Benz eCitaro G, license plate DA BH 423E) working a service on the L city line.
It is part of a series of 13 buses of the same type (numbers 415-427) put in service in 2021.
Mercedes-Benz eCitaro is seen here on Grainger Street, Newcastle Upon Tyne on Service 97 to MetroCentre.
9049 has returned to Go North East for another "Electric Bus Trial" following it's previous spell in April 2021 on Voltra Services 53/54 which operate between Newcastle and Gateshead via Newcastle/Gateshead Quayside and Saltwell Park, this time around it will be operating on Green Arrow Service 97 which operates between Newcastle and MetroCentre via Gateshead and Whickham.

Go North East 9049 MB21BUS Mercedes-Benz eCitaro Demonstrator seen at Market Street, Newcastle working Voltra service 53 (27/08/21)
It is currently on loan to Go North East to evaluate against the Yutong E10's used on the Voltra services.
On this day in 1962 the last electric tram operated in Glasgow, fast forward 59 years and here we have the latest in electric buses . Perhaps a case of , the more things change the more they stay the same albeit with modern twist
[DE] Seit Anfang März setzt die Bremer Straßenbahn AG 5 Elektrobusse vom Typ Mercedes-Benz eCitaro ein. Die Busse werden nach und nach mit einer Eigenvollwerbung "Die BSAG Elektrisiert" für die E-Busflotte beklebt.
Der EInsatz der eCitaros beschränkt sich im Moment auf die Linien des Betriebshofs Bremen-Neustadt. Da der Betriebshof nur wenige Solobuskurse hat findet man die Fahrzeuge meistens auf den selben Kursen der Linien 28 29/52 und 61/62.
[EN] Since the beginning of march the BSAG is phasing in 5 new full electric busses. The busses were manufactured by Mercedes-Benz and belong to the eCitaro series.
The Mercedes eCitaro demonstrator MB21 BUS is again on loan to Go North East, as fleet number 9049. Seen this afternoon on Whickham Highway bound for Newcastle on the “Green Arrow” 97 06/01/23.
