We ate at Frontier, it is great, we did not dine at Fred's though.
I took these with my half frame camera, and the photo lab here in OKC couldn't print the photos any other way than two images on 0ne 4x6 print, so they created these diptychs for me.

After peeling the pears and slicing them in half, use a melon baller to scoop out the core. It leaves the fruit looking neat and clean.
