I got a Lensbaby! It's a funky artistic lens, which has a small "sweet spot", and everything else falls out of focus quickly. This was just a quick test shot of a cook book laying on the counter.
"I like my salmon still medium-rare on the inside, translucent pink," says Chef Daniel Orr. He recommends keeping a good eye on it while it's in the broiler (5-7 minutes). Stick a knife in the thickest part of the fish to make sure it’s cooked to your liking. If it needs more time, finish it off in the oven.
