Some of these blown eggs are from when I was growing up, but Mama made the ones with the decoupage (the yellow and red ones in the foreground) over 30 years ago. She still has several, but she has lost some over the years. As fragile as they are, it amazes me that any of them have survived so long.
We celebrated Easter at Messy Church with painting eggs, making chocolate nests and Egg puppets, decorating Easter magnets, and creating a New Life banner.
We explored the different feelings in the Easter story. From happiness to anger, from despair to hope.
