The Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Environment and Climate Change, Jonathan Wilkinson, on behalf of the Honourable Jean-Yves Duclos, Minister of Families, Children and Social Development, and the Honourable Katrine Conroy, Minister of Children and Family Development for British Columbia, announced a bilateral agreement that allocates $153 million, over three years to making early learning and child care more accessible and affordable for families.
