This Griffon Vulture might have been awake before sunrise but it definitely wasn't in a hurry to go anywhere! I guess it was waiting for the morning sun to warm the air and create some thermals.

Seen on the cliffs below the village of Haza, Spain.

Hiking a local nature reserve in the night, with the full moon by my side, just to catch the sunrise at the Dreiecksweiher observation spot between Duesseldorf and Hilden in Germany.
