Das sonnige Frühlingswetter hält an. Am Sonntag habe ich überlegt wo es für das ein oder andere Foto hingehen sollte. Ein Kumpel brachte mich auf die Idee linksrheinisch zwischen Bonn und Köln zu fahren. Hier sollte das Augenmerk auf die Nordfahrer liegen, drehte die Sonne doch so langsam an jeder Fotostelle auf die Seite. Die Fotostelle in Bonn Dransdorf bietet dabei am frühesten die Möglichkeit, Nordfahrer gut im Licht aufnehmen zu können, so zumindest mein Kenntnisstand. Auf dem dortigen Weg waren überraschenderweise nur wenige Spaziergänger und Radfahrer unterwegs. Umso besser, hat man so doch mehr Ruhe zum Fotografieren. Das Signal sprang um und in der Ferne tauchte ganz gemächlich ein schwarzer MRCE Vectron auf. Ungefähr 500m vor meinem Standpunkt bog plötzlich ein Auto auf den Weg ein. "Nicht dein Ernst jetzt" dachte ich mir. Und weil ein Auto nicht genug ist, bogen gleich noch zwei Autos auf den Weg ein. Zum Glück war der Vectron recht langsam unterwegs und das erste Auto passierte früh genug meinen Standpunkt. Das zweite Auto war gerade so aus dem Bild verschwunden, als der Auslöser betätigt wurde und MRCE/BLS Cargo 193 711 mit ihrer "Siemens e-mobility 140 years" Beklebung verewigt werden konnte. Am Hacken hatte die Maschinen einen bunt gemischten Klv-Zug aus Italien. Das dritte Auto war zum Glück noch weit genug weg und stört mich nicht wirklich im Bild. Der Ein oder Andere wird sich bestimmt denken, wieso ich das Auto nicht aus dem Bild entfernt habe. Ganz einfach, ich bin nicht der große Freund davon. Außerdem ist der Golf VI doch ein Zeitzeuge für die aktuelle Automobilwelt. In 20 bis 30 Jahren freue ich mich vielleicht über dieses Detail im Bild.
Später sollte es dann noch nach Bornheim gehen. Dazu später mehr im nächsten Foto.

Ich fahre fast tagtäglich die selbe Strecke mit der Bahn. Seit Ewigkeiten. Jetzt muss ich natürlich eine halbe Ewigkeit abziehen, weil die Technik jetzt erst voranschreitet. Trotzdem, erst letzte Woche ist mir rein zufällig die E-Tankstelle aufgefallen. Bei einem Blick aus dem Fenster. Ok. der Blickwinkel lässt sich nicht nachstellen, dazu müsste ich auf die Gleise ... Und wie das so ist. ich hatte die Blaue Stunde und ein paar Minuten danach, um mich umzusehen. Danach kamen Autos zum Tanken und alles war vorbei. Dinge können so banal sein und trotzdem reizen sie mich.
Während man im Automobilsektor erst seit einiger Zeit von E-Mobilität im größeren Stil spricht, feiert Siemens Mobility bereits das 140 jährige Jubiläum des elektrischen Antriebs bei Schienenfahrzeugen. 1879 stellte Werner von Siemens die weltweit erste Elektrolokomotive in Berlin vor. Aus dieser Erfindung entwickelten sich bald Prototypen für elektrische Grubenlokomotiven und Straßenbahnen. Aktuell steht am "Ende" dieser Innovationskette wohl das bisher erfolgreichste Siemens Mobility Produkt: Der Vectron.
Auf einem Vectron Verteter - 193 626 von BeaconRail betont und feiert Siemens die Innovation von 140 Jahre E-Mobilität. Am 14. Mai 2024 zog die Lok einen ECS Containerzug bei Postbauer-Heng in Richtung Norden.

While the automotive sector has only been talking about e-mobility on a larger scale for some time, Siemens Mobility is already celebrating the 140th anniversary of the electric rail vehicles. In 1879, Werner von Siemens presented the world's first electric locomotive in Berlin. This invention soon developed into prototypes for electric mine locomotives and streetcars. At the “end” of this innovation chain is probably the most successful Siemens Mobility product to date: the Vectron.
On one of the vectron locomotives - 193 626 from BeaconRail, Siemens emphasizes and celebrates the innovation of 140 years of e-mobility. On May 14, 2024, the locomotive pulled an ECS container train northbound near Postbauer-Heng.

I was pretty mad when I saw everybody posting their most beautiful landscape and nature shots in the thread for the takeover dedicated to the Earth day. A day that marks the amount of damage our planet takes from the way our society is acting. A day showing how fast we are destroying this planet that we need to live. So I was looking for a place that shows exactly this. First a big brown hole left by a surface mine for brown coal came into my mind. But I don't have a drone to capture such a big bullshit. I also don't live close enough to capture a beach full of plastic waste to show how we empoison our environment. But than came to my mind that Tesla is taking away all the water of a region close to us and even contaminating the subterranean water with their facility close to Berlin. Tesla wants even to enlarge the facility even though they built the facility without a building permission. Everything under the disguise of green mobility. But it's a dirty lie! For the raw materials needed for the batteries they destroy the environment in the global south, for the gigafactories they are uprooting forests, for the roads where the cars can drive forests are uprooted and at the end the tires get as microplastic into our ground water and seas. Luckily some people occupied the forest Tesla wants to uproot to expand their gigafactory close to Berlin, so I took a train to take some pictures of their activism instead of the facility to show that there is still hope and people fighting for a better Future. For safety reasons those people don't want to be on pictures but there were enough other things to show instead. They are building treehouses in a height between 5 and 20m (~15-60ft) and are living from dumpster diving and donations. The cops try to make their life as hard as possible and punish them were they can but those activists stay strong. I hope it makes you rethink your way of living and make some changes for a healthier planet.

Op 19 september 2024 was het mooi nazomerweer en daarom ging ik met de fiets in de trein naar Hardinxveld. Helaas kwamen er vanuit de Rotterdamse haven alleen maar logoloze hokken en daarom werd verplaatst om te kijken of er vanuit Emmerich wat leukere treinen wilden komen. En gelukkig kwamen daar wel wat bestickerde loks vandaan. Terwijl de koeien zich vermaakten in de wei passeerde de 193711 "e-mobility" van BLS-Cargo met een vol beladen Novara shuttle hier ter hoogte van Hardinxveld richting de haven op 19 september 2024

Een bijzondere loc die nog sinds kort in dienst is bij BoxXpress is deze bijzondere MRCE Vectron, met de bestickering ''Siemens e-mobility 140 years''. Op donderdag 29 augustus 2019 kwam deze trein (vermoedelijk de München-Shuttle) in een avond zonnetje door Eindhoven Strijp-S gereden richting Rotterdam. Dit was vermoedelijk ook zijn eerste rit in Nederland.
Gemischtes Siemens/Bombardier-Duo von BLS Cargo mit südwärts fahrendem Containerzug bei Wynigen. Angeführt wird der Zug von der MRCE-Mietlokomotive Vectron XE4-711 "eMobility 140years".
