How To Get Hard Fast - Sexual Performance Anxiety
Obtain Your Free Copy of The 3 Deadliest Myths About Erectile Dysfunction Here: bit.ly/Impotence-3DeadlyMythsOfErectileDysfunctionEbook It's hardly a news flash that exercise is very important to your overall health, but what you might not exactly have known is the fact that getting enough exercise is also an important step toward minimizing your ED symptoms. Naturally, don't be prepared to hear such things from the people who are selling you ED pills on a monthly basis. They'd just right see you not do anything to minimize your symptoms so you'll keep buying from them every month, but it's true. By itself, exercise is nearly certain not to be sufficient to totally eliminate ED, but it can help minimize your symptoms absolutely. Why Exercise Improves Your ED? At the core, erectile dysfunction is a circulatory condition. It's about blood flow. Consider it: The facts that causes your penis to be erect? Blood flowing to it. The better your circulation and the more blood that flows into the erectile tissue, the firmer and stronger your erections will be. This explains why some exercises are much better than others at reducing ED symptoms. Specifically, what you would like are cardiovascular exercises. Yes, you want to work up a sweat, but more than that, you want to do an exercise that gets your heart pumping really. People will tell you that the best way to begin is to begin modestly. To invest in, say, fifteen minutes of exercise, three to five times weekly when you're starting out. Then, as time passes, slowly increase your duration, and the number of days per week you're exercising. That's generally pretty good advice, but we want to add an additional wrinkle compared to that. For starters, Keep exercise to three days a week, but yes, build-up the length of time you may spend exercising gradually. In addition to that though, find a sport you love. Maybe it's anything. Kayaking, soccer, fencing, hiking...just make sure it's something you enjoy, and something you're passionate about. If you like to do it, and are passionate about any of it, you'll naturally be inclined to do more of it. This is the reason you don't need to bump up your exercise to more than 3 x per week. You'll be supplementing that with your brand-new sports activity. Think about this to be your "sweat equity." This is the equity you placed into living a longer, healthier life. In trade with the sweat equity, you'll get a wholesome heart and lungs, better circulation, more energy, more stamina, of course, if you have ED, you'll notice a marked decrease in your symptoms. If you don't have ED, a good exercise program won't guarantee that you'll never experience difficulties, but if so when you do, they will be much milder than they otherwise could have been. You will discover relatively few people beyond "gym rats" who wish to exercise, so consider it as an investment. That's why we used the word "sweat equity." We wish you to think of it in exactly the same conditions as financial investments you make in your own future. If you can put yourself for the reason that mindset, in case you supplement your regular physical exercise with a sport you love, you'll be more likely to stick with it, and consistency is key. Exercise, and its own overall effectiveness is only as good as your commitment to it. The only kind of exercise that is included with a caveat is bicycling. There is no doubt that it is a terrific way to get (and stay) in shape, but they have one small drawback. Studies have shown that spending a lot of time cycling can result in an increased probability of problems with your prostate gland. Additionally, it may, in at least some cases, cause numbness around the penis, which while not quite exactly like ED, will surely reduce the quality of your erections. In addition to cardio-based exercises and a regular workout routine, don't overlook the importance of stretching. You can do something like Tai Yoga or Chi, for example. Both these are excellent ways to stretch and tone the muscles, and make an outstanding addition to your overall fitness routine. The best thing about Yoga is that it's a wonderful, meditative technique, not only is it a great way to stretch. Start simply and modestly, and slowly work the right path into more advanced postures. The bottom line is simple: Exercise is not only good for your overall health, it is also best for your sexual health. If you are genuinely enthusiastic about maintaining an active sex life well past your forties, when men begin experiencing sexual difficulties typically, then you're going to want to make regular physical exercise an important part of your daily routine. Again, the most important thing here's to make certain you pick a sport that you're genuinely passionate about, because that makes it easy to stick with it. Caitlin gave me this for Christmas. Even reading the packaging, we have no idea what he's supposed to be. It's smooshy -- you can pull and squeeze and reshape him. A very odd feel to him; tough to describe. Really, what is he supposed to be!!! I say if it looks like a turd and feels like a turd...it's a turd!
So maybe this qualifies for the Christmas Dysfunction group. Because...who gives turds for Christmas!! lol

Communication is very important. Obviously without it we're isolated individuals without an outlet to be heard or to comprehend what we hear. Communication exists regardless of how we intent it to be received. Verbal or visual, we all communicate. Just some of us are more clear about it.
I have a problem with words. Not necessarily with what words to use, but more with the frequency and amount of words to use. I go out of my way to be understood — probably to the annoyance and frustration of everyone around me. There's nothing worse than leaving the scarcity of your communication "open" to interpretation. This is how marriages fail. Friendships disintegrate. And the premise of every "Three's Company" episode for seven years. The problem isn't that I communicate too much, but that others anticipate that you will automatically have the same understanding of what they mean as they do. Sadly, this is hardly ever the case.
Language and communication are hard enough from region to region within the United States. Sack/Bag. Pop/Soda. It varies from family to family, business to business, school to school. Man to woman. We all have a vernacular (I know, I'm already breaking the rules of my own argument! If you don't know what it means, I can't assume that you do, you can find the definition here) that we fully adopt into our everyday palett of words; and expect everyone else to know their meaning.
Right now I'm stuck in the middle of 40 years of poor communication. Of implied meaning. Inferred intent. The end outcome is bitterness. Dishonor. Hurt. Confusion. Anger. When one said "That's ok" they meant "I don't like this but I'll suffer through it because I don't want to get into an argument about it". Ultimately we can't avoid conflict and we can't assume understanding. It's to the determent of everyone to take short cuts with words — and can end quite literally in a disaster.
What happens during sex inside (HD video). Sex after pregnancy Sex after pregnancy is often delayed for several weeks or months, and may be difficult and painful for women. Injury to the perineum or surgical cuts (episiotomy) to the vagina during childbirth can cause sexual dysfunction. Sexual activity other than sexual intercourse is possible sooner, but some women experience a prolonged loss of sexual desire after giving birth, which may be associated with postnatal depression. Common issues that may last more than a year after birth are greater desire by the man than the woman, and a worsening of the woman's body image. Women with damage or tears to their perineum resume sex later than women with an intact perineum,[3] and women who needed perineal sutures report poorer sexual relations.[4] Perineal damage is also associated with painful sex.[5] Women who have an anal tear are less likely to have resumed sex after six months[6] and one year,[7] but they have normal sexual function 18 months later.[8] Assisted vaginal delivery using suction or forceps is correlated with increases in the frequency or severity of painful sex,[5] the delay in resuming sex, and sexual problems.[9] Cesarean section may result in less painful sex during the first 3 months,[10][11] or there may be no difference,[9] and there is no difference in sexual function or symptoms by six months,[10][11][12] although women who delivered by cesarean report greater sexual satisfaction relating to vaginal tone six years on.[13] ************************************************** Note: I am not owner of this video content. Erythrina herbacea, commonly known as Coral Bean, Cherokee Bean, Mamou, Red Cardinal or Cardinal Spear, is a flowering shrub or small tree found throughout the southeastern United States and northeastern Mexico; it has also been reported from parts of Central America and Pakistan.
The bark and leaves of this tree are mainly the parts used in Ayurvedic medicine in the Indian subcontinent, with the juice from the leaves being put into ears to stop earache. The paste made from the tree parts is used for rheumatism and joint pains, and it is also used for wounds as it has antiseptic properties, and for inflammation, including for eye problems. A powder is made to aid digestion, as an aphrodisiac and for erectile dysfunctions. It is also used to get rid of intestinal worms, for blood purification, to regulate menstruation, for infections of the urinary tract such as cystitis, obesity, fevers and externally for skin problems.

I know this is going to raise all kinds of hackles but I find the book fascinating and the article referred to here does a reasonable strong job representing a research heavy 336 page tome. An interesting Amazon review: "Drawing on a growing body of empirical research, he provides an intelligent, nuanced and persuasive account of how conservatives and liberals tend to differ at the level of psychology and personality" (Financial Times, April 2012)
The author explores the findings of seven surveys. These are public opinion surveys that ask citizens about their beliefs on factual but contested issues, and also about their media habits. Inevitably, some significant percentage of citizens are found to be misinformed about the facts, and in a politicized way—but not only that. The surveys also find that those who watch Fox are more likely to be misinformed, their views of reality skewed in a right-wing direction. In some cases, the studies even show that watching more Fox makes the misinformation problem worse.
The issues were the Iraq War, Global Warming, Health Care, Ground Zero Mosque, 2010 Elections. The author goes on to explore the evidence that supports his key tenet: Fox viewers are misinformed. Of note, this means, in his study, that Fox viewers are both misinformed in term of what they know, and that they have been misinformed by Fox as a source of what they know.
Looking at a variety of studies, the author comes to the conclusion that Fox is imparting misinformation even as politically conservative viewers are also seeking the station out—highly open to it and already convinced about many falsehoods that dovetail with their beliefs, certainty is driven by a kind of feedback loop. Those seeking to have their beliefs reinforced only look to those who will reinforce it. This is referred to as selective exposure and it is the clearest way to look at how people create their own realities, based upon their views of the world.
People overall are nearly twice as likely to consume ideologically congenial information as to consume ideologically inconvenient information.
Add to this a certain predisposition to close mindedness. Political conservatives tend to have a higher need for closure. Conservatives who are authoritarian/absolute in style maintain their beliefs against challenges by limiting their experiences, and surrounding themselves with sources of information that will tell them they are right.
The author then goes on to explain how Fox takes advantage of this mindset to program stories that feed into it. References are made to the "nine separate political misperceptions" identified by the PIPA study which Fox viewers widely embrace.
I am going to close by offering this concluding segment from the article:
In summary, then, the “science” of Fox News clearly shows that its viewers are more misinformed than the viewers of other stations, and are indeed this way for ideological reasons. But these are not necessarily the reasons that liberals may assume. Instead, the Fox “effect” probably occurs both because the station churns out falsehoods that conservatives readily accept—falsehoods that may even seem convincing to some liberals on occasion—but also because conservatives are overwhelmingly inclined to choose to watch Fox to begin with.
At the same time, it’s important to note that they’re also disinclined to watch anything else. Fox keeps constantly in their minds the idea that the rest of the media are “biased” against them, and conservatives duly respond by saying other media aren’t worth watching—it’s just a pack of lies. According to Public Policy Polling’s annual TV News Trust Poll (the 2011 run), 72 percent of conservatives say they trust Fox News, but they also say they strongly distrust NBC, ABC, CBS and CNN. Liberals and moderates, in contrast, trust all of these outlets more than they distrust them (though they distrust Fox). This, too, suggests conservative selective exposure.
And there is an even more telling study of “Fox-only” behavior among conservatives, from Stanford’s Shanto Iyengar and Kyu Hahn of Yonsei University, in Seoul, South Korea. They conducted a classic left-right selective exposure study, giving members of different ideological groups the chance to choose stories from a news stream that provided them with a headline and a news source logo—Fox, CNN, NPR, and the BBC—but nothing else. The experiment was manipulated so that the same headline and story was randomly attributed to different news sources. The result was that Democrats and liberals were definitely less inclined to choose Fox than other sources, but spread their interest across the other outlets when it came to news. But Republicans and conservatives overwhelmingly chose Fox for hard news and even for soft news, and ignored other sources. “The probability that a Republican would select a CNN or NPR report was around 10%,” wrote the authors.
In other words Fox News is both deceiver and enabler simultaneously. First, its existence creates the opportunity for conservatives to exercise their biases, by selecting into the Fox information stream, and also by imbibing Fox-style arguments and claims that can then fuel biased reasoning about politics, science, and whatever else comes up.
But at the same time, it’s also likely that conservatives, tending to be more closed-minded and more authoritarian, have a stronger emotional need for an outlet like Fox, where they can find affirmation and escape from the belief challenges constantly presented by the “liberal media.” Their psychological need for something affirmative is probably stronger than what’s encountered on the opposite side of the aisle—as is their revulsion towards allegedly liberal (but really centrist) media outlets.
And thus we find, at the root of our political dysfunction, a classic nurture-nature mélange. The penchant for selective exposure is rooted in our psychology and our brains. Closed-mindedness and authoritarianism—running stronger in some of us than in others—likely are as well.
But nevertheless, it took the emergence of a station like Fox News before these tendencies could be fully activated—polarizing America not only over politics, but over reality itself.

You all know how much I love my dog Spot. He's our baby... Scott got him when he was a puppy and has been through all our highs and lows. When Spot came into my life, he was a youngster, a "crazy boy" who wasn't even trained to walk on a leash. I remember when he first moved to L.A., I couldn't get him from my car to the front door without a leash on him. I was impressed with myself when I was finally able to trust him and walk him on trails off leash. I was proud of him and myself whenever anyone would comment about how good he is. He always stayed close, always listened, always courteous to other dogs and people, and most of all, safe because I always kept an eye on him. He's a smart boy, expressive with his eyes and responsive to my voice, whistles and commands. Friends have asked us to please please get him cloned. LOL! We would if we could afford it :)
Fast forward a few years, and now he's 13. But honestly, he could be older... Scott isn't really sure what year he got him in, so he could easily be 14 going on 15. If I go back to my Flickr photos, I can see him age, and because I'm perceptive, I noted a few things about him that make sense now, but didn't back then. Because he's my first dog I just thought, "Well, he's getting old..." and shrugged it off as something that old dogs do. However, Spot has been showing signs of cognitive dysfunction... doggy Dementia for some time now, something a little more serious than "just getting old". It's something I never knew happened to dogs. I thought, arthritis, diabetes, and cancer... but Dementia?
Because I spend a tremendous amount of time with him, the first change I noticed in him was back in Feb of this year, when he would rebel against having to leave a trail. It was kind of funny at first, but when you have to go to work and can't spend another hour there, it can be a little frustrating.
In May, he exhibited another odd behavior...he stopped wanting to hang out with us. I remember when we took Wally to that dog beach, that was the first time Spot didn't want to spend his day with us. I even noted how strange I thought it was that he wouldn't get in the car, when getting in the car meant going somewhere fun.
Then came the panting and anxious behavior, then the "I don't hear you".... So no, he's not deaf like I mentioned in an earlier post, it's just one of the signs of dementia in dogs.
Then the most painful one, besides him not wanting to have anything to do with us, sometimes he looks at me as if he forgets who I am. When we come across another pack, he'll go with the other pack and the human has to stop him and redirect him over to me.
And last but not least, he started waking us up from 1 a.m. to 3a.m., in the morning with the pacing and the panting. If I put him outside, he wants in, then once he's in he wants out again.
This week has been very difficult, starting Tuesday when he wandered away from our yard and went inside someone's house. He was chillin' in the living room with the kids who were playing there. (!!!) My neighbor brought him back and left a note saying how Spot went inside her house and how it scared her and made her laugh all at the same time. She finished off the note by saying that he "listens well" and followed her back home. That last tidbit of information made me go, "hmm...I thought he was deaf!!" and "what the hell, he NEVER leaves the yard!! " that was when I started doing my research on Dementia, or CD (cognitive dysfunction).
All the signs by themselves are easily over looked, but when they're exhibited ALL at once like he did this last week, it was certainly enough to cause great concert and act quickly. His off- leash days are sadly over. Other things he's done this week that he's NEVER done before? Jump on the couch, something I trained him not to do 7 years ago. Also, he chewed the screen off my no longer screened door. :-/
On Friday, Spot saw a new vet and he put him on a medication that we had done our research on. I was glad he suggested it as dogs do show positive improvement. We'll be starting him on that medication as soon as it arrives.(Deprenyl, a medication for Parkinson's Disease)
We're changing his dry food too, something his vet suggested and I completely agree with. It's a prescription food that was developed around the time Ronald Reagan's nutritionists were developing a diet to help him with his Alzheimer's Disease. When I pick up that food on Monday, will let you guys know what it is.
Aside from the medication and food, we already started him on glucosamine for his hips and joints, something we should have started him on years ago, but I believe you're never too old to start supplements. He doesn't mind the bacon flavored tablets either :)
A tablespoon of fish oil is added to his dinner. I figure it's good for us, it can't hurt him. He's also going to get B12 shots, as soon as I can get Scott to order them! (grr!)
I'm also upping his exercise. I admit I got lazy on him because he takes so long to get through his walk, but like I said before, now that I know what his issues are and now that I know how to get his focus and attention, I'm going to make the effort to get up super early so I can devote a few hours to his exercise daily, try to get him excited enough to run a little. Blood flow to the brain is essential for older dogs and not to mention, good for us too. :)
Last but not least, a little physical therapy - doggy massages... I figure massages aren't only relaxing, they help move toxins out the body. Today I gave him a 30 minute massage and he LOVED it. It was a great way to spend quality time with him and to help build that bond I feel I've been losing with him. I'm hoping that everything combined will improve his situation. We'll know if he does, and if he continues to worsen, we may have to make some difficult decisions. I'm optimistic though, and I will continue to post updates on his condition. One thing I didn't find on line were stories from people who were going through this with their dogs. Many stories complaining about symptoms, but nothing else. If anything, I hope writing about it will bring awareness to a commonly overlooked condition until it's too late, a lot of times not doing anything until the dog becomes incontinent. Sometimes, by then it's too late... I wish someone had told me about all this, I would have done something about his condition earlier if I would have known what to look for.
Oh, and if you know Robert you know he KNOWS dogs. I'm impressed with how his dogs, even in their elder ages of 14, 15 and 16, look happy and healthy. He has his older dogs on Cholodin, a natural supplement for elderly dogs and from what his dogs look like, Cholodin is a good thing. Robert I know you're reading this, I forgot to ask his vet if I can give him Cholodin with the Deprenyl. If he gives me the green light, I'll start him on that too.
What is Cholodin?
Cholodin is a chewable dietary supplement that helps remedy various conditions in senior dogs. It has been recommended by veterinarians for age-related problems, including fatigue, poor coat, constipation, inappropriate urination, poor appetite, and poor mental performance.
