Photograph taken along the route of the M11 Link Road (now the A12 between Redbridge Roundabout and Hackney Wick) between Leytonstone and Leyton stations in February 1994.
Dyers Hall Road was largely demolished in the course of the roadbuilding: it now consists of two stubs, the shorter one suffixed with 'South', with a footpath and cycle lane that runs alongside the wall of the A12.

July 6, 2018 - Arctic Wonderlands Mountain Drive Tour to DYE-4. "DYE-4 KULUSUK Island Greenland, is situated on 100 acres on the southern tip of the island some 35 miles off the eastern coast of Greenland. It is the most easterly DEWLine station of the 4 Greenland sites that constitute the DYE East Radar System. This Auxiliary Radar Station is located at an altitude of 1081 feet above sea level. The island consists of rugged rocky terrain. There are moss and grass covered valleys and several lakes. There are several switchbacks in the 5 mile road connecting the site to the airstrip area at Tunoq Bay on the northern side of the island. Elevation in the airstrip area is about 100 feet." Final day of dyeing - dyed crocheted squares, knitted strips, a ball of yarn and an extra long skein which 3 of us dyed.
Note: If you use a muffin tin, don't over-fill the holes or all your pretty colors will end up brown. Yes, we ended up dyeing a few of our white eggs brown.
tried a new dye method of starting a dye pot with a pale color, dipping the yarn and them adding progressivley darket colors to the pot and atying knots in the skeins and dipping them in. Pretty fun
Dyer Drug Store
This drug store is located in downtown Farmersville.
It was founded in 1931.
When I went in, the place had a cozy atmosphere and friendly staff to match it.
I was impressed by the size of the store. Not too big where you can’t find anything, but just the right size with the right layout.
Various PRR cords dyed with Dylon machine dyes in ultraviolet (my favourite ever dye colour) baby pink and a mix of three random greens to get enough dye for 1kg of fabric :)
