J'ai de la peine pour le petit Dude qui est seul maintenant, mais contrairement à d'autres lapins il n'a pas l'air trop malheureux. Reste à savoir ce qu'il se passe dans la tête d'un lapin. Je vais lui rendre beaucoup plus visite qu'avant (il est dans une étable à l'écart des chiens) et il est bien plus proche de moi maintenant qu'avant.
La vidéo a été prise dans la grange où il y a la réserve de foin des moutons. En principe c'était le territoire "neutre" qui servait à la sociabilisation des lapins, mais maintenant il a le droit d'y aller une fois par jour et même si son "domicile" est très très grand, aller ailleurs c'est l'aventure.
I feel sorry for little Dude who is alone now, but unlike other rabbits he doesn't seem too sad. But who knows what goes on in a rabbit's head. I'm going to visit him a lot more than before (he's in a barn away from the dogs) and he's a lot closer to me now than before.
The video was taken in the barn with the sheep hay reserve. In principle it was the "neutral" territory that I used for the socialization of the rabbits, but now he has the right to go there once a day. He has a huge "home" but going somewhere else is a big adventure.

Dude Motel in West Yellowstone Montana. Taken in 2003. Yes, Gwen was taking sign photos back then. Actually, I think it was my husband that said, "Take a photo of that sign".
Still open and operating. It does light up at night.
Edited to make a lomo look and it brightened up the sky nicely and even made the Motel look lit up.
We did not stay here. We were fortunate enough to say at the Old Faithful Inn :-D
