A long and solitary walk along the empty beaches of the New South Wales coast. The vast shoreline stretches endlessly, bathed in breathtaking colors—golden sands, deep blue waters, and a sky painted in blue. The rhythmic sound of the waves, the salty breeze, and the feeling of soft sand underfoot create a sense of peace and serenity. This is how stress fades away—step by step, with the beauty of nature as the perfect escape.

The image captures a serene and unspoiled beach along the east coast of Australia, specifically in New South Wales. Taken shortly after sunrise, the scene is bathed in a warm, golden light that highlights the gentle waves rolling onto the shore. The beach stretches along the coastline, bordered by lush, forested hills that contrast beautifully with the deep blue ocean. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful, with no visible crowds, emphasizing the remote and tranquil nature of the location. While this stunning morning in Australia offers pleasant temperatures and breathtaking views, our home is experiencing harsh winter weather, making this moment even more special.

A wonderful hot day, hiking on the Coast Track in the Royal National Park. Here is a breathtaking view from "The Balconies," overlooking the vast ocean and rugged cliffs. There are fantastic sandstone formations and the deep blue sea stretches endlessly towards the horizon. The fresh ocean breeze provides a welcome relief from the heat, making this scenic spot even more magical.

I decided to post this one for "My Best Shot of 2023" Group on Flickr.

As my photography / videography business grew, I was starting to forget to take photographs for fun. Don't get me wrong, it is not like I don't enjoy my job, I love my job. However sometimes I really need to come back to the original thoughts and ideas I had when I wasn't getting paid for taking photos.

Yes, when I see something beautiful I want to capture it. That's where I started from.

Luckily that evening in autumn of Oakland, I saw the beautiful sky over the famous Lake Merritt and I thought "Why don't I fly my drone for fun today, I can get beautiful capture perhaps".

It didn't take more than 20 minutes to fly a drone and capture this view. I'm so glad I did it.

We all should never forget why we take photos - because we think something is beautiful.
