Palm Beach on Sydney's Northern Beaches, such a magical location with many places to moor your boat and live by the beach. The stretch of water at the back with all the boats is known as Pittwater and a lot of Sydneysiders moor their boats here. From there its easy 5min sail out to the Pacific Ocean and then to anywhere you want. Just 40minutes drive north of the Sydney CBD you can have the best of both worlds with a city lifestyle whilst also owning the big home and land along with private locations to moor your yacht! What I love about shots like this is all the Australian gumtrees :D
