Superb Lebanese dinner tonight

Mumbles Road Swansea Wales.

Early morning in the dark, getting to Cavell Road - Mount Edith Cavell area. Driving the 14-km road, which is narrow and has tight switchbacks that are unsuitable for trailers and large motorhomes (eighteen bends in 180-degree 😉). Arrived the parking lot in the middle of the mountains, no cars there at all. The hiking to the glaciers at its head was not so difficult, too quiet in the early morning, bells was not enough to scare the bears away, putting on the apple music on loudly while hiking. The views of the lush Astoria Valley along Mt. Edith Cavell and Sorrow Peak were spectacular in the early morning light.

.....a quick stop whilst driving past the M6, got lucky and found this shortcut!

Evening photo on Montana's Highway 200, east of Missoula. The only camera I had with me at the time was an old point & shoot. To quote another photographer I know, "The best camera is the one you have with you at the moment."

Driving in Asterousia mountain in south Crete

We were driving on some pretty sketchy dirt/snow road near Markleeville and came across this crazy cool tree. We setup our cameras and caught a little bit of the milky way in the process.

The days are short in November in Iceland. We were driving through the mountainous roads beside the northern fjords as the sun began to set.

One from last years holiday up north at Beamish ..These two having fun driving around in this lovely Daimler Bus ..

This chap skated everywhere in reverse gear showing off his backward driving skills. Picture was taken on ‘Wheels Sunday’; the Sunday of the ‘Manchester Pride Week’.
