The driver of a BMTA Hino AK bus on the #2 line waits patiently in traffic at the Rachaprasong Intersection. Soon after I gave up waiting, disembarked and used the Skytrain.
A walk round check of his bus, and the driver of this ECOC Dennis was ready for the off. This was taken August 1991 in the bus station at Cromer. The bus had the Plaxton Derwent II body fitted with the addition of dual purpose seating.

With a fag on the go the driver of 87 101 waits for the right away - although the guard still looks to be deep in conversation on the platform. The train was already running late after the failure of trailing 87 018. The obligatory young spotters can be glimpsed on the far right awaiting the weekend drag action.
The drivers plate has been a fiddle, its super fragile and needs holes for the vision blocks. Here you can see its made up of two laminations of 0.5 card. The card behind is narrower to accommodate the upper side armour. The little mouth under the eyes is for the dash board. its a rough hole at the moment as I am guessing its location.
A driver heading westbound on King was past the point at which it is closed for construction and got themselves stuck in fresh asphalt. They were stuck for over an hour until finally being freed by a very amused CAA tow-truck driver.
