I'm entering the South Australian Photographic Federation's exhibition this year. Usually I display my photography through projection only but this year I've decided for the first time to also print my work. It's a big step for me as it's themed so I will be stepping out of my comfort zone and showing some work that I usually keep to myself.

One of my artworks showed at EMERGENT Art Gallery, the beautiful gallery of Ilyra Chardin. The series was made in collaboration with my partner Eli Medier that made my works talk through his poems:
"Written in the things
on scattered fragments
we will all leave
but not equally
No memory
will pay us back
the loss of the sun
Now it shines
as you need
dries the roofs
wipes the fields
evaporates tears
on your pretty face
makes us happy
I listened to your crying
through deformed perspectives
of two-storey cathedrals
with a solid structure
I don't want to make you dream
but give you a hope
And so the light returned
from a future past
hostile vibrations
hit my mind
many of the latest faiths
asked for forgiveness
In the silent hour
we will finally pronounce
our secret names"
