"Dreamy Draw" (from the album, "Thoughts and Dreams") by Jennifer Haines
Just as I was about to flop down & enjoy a warm embrace with Nyxie—I heard the front door creaking open followed by the old worn floorboards in the house as footsteps draw near.

So come on Love, draw your swords,
Shoot me to the ground.
You are mine, I am yours,
Lets not fuck around.
Cause you are, the only one.
Cause you are, the only one.
As 2024 draws to a close, West Coast Railway Company's 37712 (originally built and released into traffic as D6802 in 1963) still clings to a precarious existence at Carnforth Steamtown. Here, together with 08418 and 47787, it still awaits its fate. I suspect it may not be a happy one!
paper, pencil. 2006
To be honest, I rarely pick up a pencil.
In general, I rarely take something in my hands - my hands are usually busy ) This is my drawing of the Amur tiger for the children's edition of National Geographic in 2006 after my trip to the Far East. When I don't have a suitable photograph, drawings from a travel diary come into play.
As a child, I thought that a man should cook well, understand whiskey and wines, be able to fight and shoot decently, ride a horse, master fine art skills and be liked by women )
Oh, and dress impeccably for this ! ))
Much of this list turned out to be useful, but my lifestyle challenged the style of clothing ) but the ability to draw somehow took root
A rare stray to South Eastern Arizona. Being viewed at Whitewater Draw Wildlife Area. Giving many a captivating opportunity.
The interaction of light, shadow, and color really caught my attention. The patterns were quickly changing as the sun rose and the clouds moved in this scene taken one morning at the Camas National Wildlife refuge.

As soon as Amtrak train 351 rolled west, Amtrak dispatchers gave South Shore's Lake Front job permission out onto the main so that they could cross the Drawbridge in Michigan City while they head to work customers to the east.
I worked inside the house with natural light coming from the left and couldn't make the background more white than this with the software without affecting the pencils. I overexposed it while shooting. Any tips are more than welcome

It amazing sometimes how you hardly see anyone, than a moose crosses the road, and in a short time 30 people are there taking photos.
This last year we had our best year for seeing moose, 10.
This moose on the road between Silverton and Animas Forks Ghost Town.
