Amazing thrift store drapes that are so totally vintage & modern. I LOVVVVVVVVE these!! They cost me like 5 bucks or something like that.

With the protracted drought, many planted Palo Verde trees in their yards. Unfortunately, Camarillo often has many dreary, foggy days, and Palo Verde becomes prone to destructive pathogens and what-not. Yet this tree is thriving on the hill that backdrops the city. Camarillo, California

This piece was the center of the metal, and the first piece cut out- its spectacular. I was so impressed with it that I put it up on my website at 3 times my usual price for a pendant. It sold within 4 hours. I think there's a lesson there, somewhere.

I get bored of making pendants sometimes- its such a small piece of metal there's very little to do, really, Do the other day I took piece about 4 inches square, and just started folding and hammering, and unfolding and pulling things apart, and then when I was satisfied, I started cutting it where things looked complete. These are the best of the lot.

Draping

After the terrific weather we had yesterday I was back in the Largs area looking for locations to shoot the sunset from. But typically for what happens around here, it started to cloud over. The only good thing is I like clouds and what better formation to drape over the sunset than this lot !
