Here's a perfect example of why it's always a good idea to maintain 20-25 feet from the tracks while railfanning. The tarp on a lumber car cresting Byron Hill had come loose and was now dragging along the far side of the tracks, visible underneath the car in this photo. Had the train been moving at speed, this had the potential to be a very dangerous situation.
