1694 rolls gently downhill from Menzies Creek towards Clematis with a special twilight train from Belgrave.
Saw this mountain biker dashing down the hill the other day. He had kicked up a lot of sand along the way. We really had keep our eyes on those blind turns as these bikers were dashing down at high speed. Thanks to the advanced autofocusing system on my little Sony, it started tracking this guy from the fence on the ridge above. If you ask me what camera is best for hiking, this is the one.
Making full use of the falling gradient through Grendon on 20th May 2020, Avanti West Coast Class 390 'Pendolino' is well into its first turn of the day, service 1M06 0540 Glasgow Central - London Euston. Another good day in Toronto, perfect weather, good bud, with some good buds of mine. If you see the bricks, you notice the angle this piece was painted on downhill.
Downhill House was a mansion built in the late 18th century for Frederick, 4th Earl of Bristol and Lord Bishop of Derry (popularly known as 'the Earl-Bishop'), at Downhill, County Londonderry. Much of the building was destroyed by fire in 1851 before being rebuilt in the 1870s. It fell into disrepair after the Second World War (thanks to wikipedia).
