Part of the old doubletrack section. Fast and flowing.

This trail is a dead end it it fades into a singletrack and ends near the railway.

After about a 1/2 mile of doubletrack through private land, you get to the main/real trailhead.

This road goes directly to the horizon. Even a 10 megapixel photo doesn't capture it.

Here I am at the very top of the hill, looking down the trail going to the top of Amanita Road, which I reached about ten minutes or so after taking this picture.

This is my favourite bit of trail that does not show up on any map that I've seen. A dying breed, for sure.

The roads start off straight and easy to navigate.

Vannet smakte ikke godt, gjorde blæren skitten, jeg kommer ikke til å bruke den igjen, i hvert fall ikke uten filter.

The water was not tasting good, made the bladder dirty , I won't use it again, at least not without a filter.
