Whew - all finished. 23 miles of mud, singletrack, doubletrack and dirt roads. The singletrack was amazingly dry considering all the rain. The roads were actually muddier than the trails. Great time!

last singletrack portion of High Trail before it becomes doubletrack. Sorry, no more pics after this, having too much fun on the descent down Molly Dog, Pepper Dog, Jonny's Lookout on the way back to Tyax.

Looks like we might get some rain before the day is done. I start to feel weak and sick, hoping it will pass.

Part of the old doubletrack section. Fast and flowing.

This trail is a dead end it it fades into a singletrack and ends near the railway.

After about a 1/2 mile of doubletrack through private land, you get to the main/real trailhead.

This road goes directly to the horizon. Even a 10 megapixel photo doesn't capture it.
