My first eyes! Super excited to find this little guy. And orange dots are definitely my favorite of the new dots set. It's holding my little stash of Halloween candy. Too bad they didn't make a black one :(
Dots... just for fun. Made from magazine cuttings and doodled on just for good measure! © Dawn Clarkson
This outfit was an adventure. The babydoll top is so cute and fun. The pink fabric has green polka dots. The pink gingham ribbon ties around the neck and has a heart button sewn at the base. The bodice is shirred all the way around. The top is finished with a big green ruffle with a pink rolled hem. The gorgeous euro pants are stripped together with three different fabrics: polka dot, pink gingham, and green. There is a pocket on the left leg. I love euro! And these pants are so cool that I couldn't get my baby out of them!
Besides the black and white polka dots we've made caps with in the past, this is the range of colors we can do with that pattern.
This is my first successful HDR that I'm actually happy with.
I went to the beachside with hopes of seeing a sunset, considering it was called "Sunset Beach", buuuuuut typical cloudy Vancouver will... ruin things. Very sad, but I was still able to take some HDR's while waiting, and hopelessly hoping that the clouds would disperse.
I also love the 10-22mm lens, aside from being really wide, especially on a crop body sensor. It has a really nice minimum focusing distance, allowing me to get really close to objects to bring out their detail.
Dot the Crockpot is in action today - boneless spareribs for dinner! Nothing like slow cooking on a cold, snowy day!

Dot outside my favourite pub in York, the Kings Arms, on the river Ouse, it only sells Samuel (Sam) Smiths beers, which is good.
Vintage fabric - white backround and different sizes of red dots. This fabric is 100% cotton. This fabric is in its original packaging from Woolworths.
Dee Dee Dots (series 3) - this was my first Dee Dee. I think she's super cute and her outfit reminds me a lot an old classic game I adored as a child called Twister. I'm still undecided who my favourite series 3 Dee Dee is - it's between Dee Dee Dots and Sweet Dreams Dee Dee (who I managed to snag at a steal from Ebay a few days ago - I'm super excited to see her because she's soooooooo adorbs!!!!)
