I finally got the bottom headpiece for the gunmetal Ultron helmet from the Mandalorian set, so I was messing around with it and made a version of Doctor Doom.
Let me know what you think!
"If we're making a run, we'll need backup. My men are severely depleted."
-Doom
It's been a while since I've uploaded, but I've been working on lots of content for release as we get closer to BFVA. One such custom is Commander Doom, a long-overdue figure that I've had designed for ages but never went through to make.
This one has is covered head to toe with decals on every surface of the minifigure, topped off with a painted CAC visor, a CAC waistcape, and a custom made antenna and helmet light. These are new items that I have and are available as a choice to be added to a figure, as each of these items are resin casted or hand made.
Speaking of resin casting, those Stormtrooper sets won't be the only casted set I'll be selling, so keep an eye out for more! As always, expect more, and I'd love to hear your thoughts!

Hi everyone!
Let us introduce you Lill and Bomi, on the brand new Doom body (60cm). One of each (handcasted in resin) will be available at Ldoll festival. We hope you will like them!
A wet northbound on the IC&E slowly passes through the Iowa countryside behind an ICE SD40-2 and a hired goon. At the time, the area was under a tornado watch and the train was running at restricted speed.
I miss the variety that we once enjoyed; this image near Green Island just wouldn't be the same if it was a pair of crusty CP beavers.
Usually when I make Batman versions of characters I've never made before, I try to make the real versions as well. So when I made my Doom Batrol figures, I wanted to make these too. I had to wait a bit since I was looking to get the reddish brown curly hair for Rita, but here they are! Not much changed from the bats tbh. I know Cliff's helmet isn't ideal, but I think it's the best I can do without that Hero Factory one.

CN SD60 5404 leads CN A446 east past the soon to fall g-head in Broadview, IL. The switch and bulldozer tell the tale, big changes are coming here soon. The Freeport Sub will soon be completely CTC which will greatly improve operations, including right here where the manual switches will soon be replaced with power switches. The replacement signals are up and turned just out of view to the left.
Some of my early urbex. This is atomic headquarter. I shot this with Minolta 505si and Ilford Delta 3200. Posted to show how nicely close to Ilford output is the film grain mode in the entry level OM-D Olympus. Great fun.
Please see my Suite Life set. It's fun to watch the slideshow and see my day in order. Or not, no pressure. ;-)
...I still wonder if there have really been 12 :-D
A very nice sight indeed, but crowded with people (at least at this day). Good that we had our room pretty close so we could go there on time to have a great spot for preparing the tripod. Since we had only one chance (we were in this area for just 1 day) we were doomed to have success for a good shot. I was thankful when I saw that some clouds were around and that the light situation got really nice a few moments before the sun drowned into the ocean on the left side of this scenery...so the last sunrays popped against the cliffs/coast/rocks.
I still wished for better sunset conditions but on that day this was my best shot of a big series.
Totally meant to post this on Saturday but forgot all about it!
I've had this guy done for a while (along with a couple others), but finally got around to posting him. Doom and his troopers had some of the coolest designs of the Clone Wars, so I made sure to capture as much of that detail as I could! It's on figures like these that the wrap-around decals really shine, since none of the original white surface is showing (except inside the legs).
Got a few more Star Wars customs one the way and some from other genres! Keep an eye out for those, and there will be another tutorial up this weekend as well! So as always, expect more, and I'd love to hear your thoughts!

"....and it shall come to pass that afore the apocalypse durst descend upon the people of England that there will cometh three harbingers of doom. The first shall be that on a Sunday afternoon in early October the streetlights of Leeds shall appear strangely menacing".
Judging by the look of this one I'd best stock up on tinned food and tea bags.
Here is the time lapse movie I took at Seealpsee, while capturing the image in my last posthttps://flic.kr/p/2aLF9TY
It is a 90min sequence that shows impressively how fast fog can move. I would have preferred to shoot a longer sequence, but the weather had other plans...

DO NOT SELL MY SHOTS!
Not as fine art prints, displates, tea cups or undergarments.
You WILL get a copyright strike on the item and you WILL get your entire store removed!
It has happened before.
Just don't do it.
Highres shots are provided for people who prefer image quality, not for you to make a profit.
I shared these guys over on Insta, but kinda felt like I was leaving Flickr out of the loop, so here they are, YOU'RE WELCOME!
I finally made the Doom Patrol! Are you happy now?!
...Yeesh!
Never liked the TLG Doctor Doom, so I thought I'd make my own (shinier) variation, pretty happy with how the idea turned out, let me know what you think.
201 cruises south down the Shenandoah Valley at Dooms, VA. The train is being escorted by a pleasant pair of aces on this beautiful August morning in 2019.
Maxie Zeus, Doctor Light, Scarecrow, Elasta Girl, Robot Man, Negative Man
Maxie Zeus is weirdly one of those Batman villains who is kinda hard to make, even though lego has done many Roman and Greek style minifgures. Tried to give him a comic book look with the body, incorporating the red cloth piece. But with the head I made him look a lot older, mainly due to that hair piece being white.
Doctor Light is a character you don't see many figures of, and I had gotten rid of my old one. But when I got a Syndrone figure I thought the pieces were very useful for him. (Duel molded arms and legs soooo useful.) Not too sure on the torso as it's hard not to see it as a spider, but I think it looks similar to the emblem on his chest in the comics. Decided to go with the male version just because I had sooo many Zod heads which weren't being used.
Scarecrow is based off Arkham Asylum, he's a character which has so many different versions of him, it's hard to choose, but in my opinion I think AA version is just so badass. Obviously this isn't 100% accurate to that version, but after MooseFigs doing the most accurate, I kinda put a twist on it.
Finally Doom Patrol, they are pretty basic, and still kinda wip. I want to get supergirl's legs for elasta girl, I want a different head for Negative Man. Robot Man isn't very accurate and in all honestly, he originally started out as Gold from the metal men (but it cost way too much money to get all the pieces for them.) Might give these guys another shot in the future, but for now here they are.
Right that's all the rambling done, I know none of you are going to read this. Anyways I had an order get lost in the post, so I have to wait extra long for it :( but it's containing pieces for some characters I have never done before. So watch out!
(So corny!)
Hope you like them!
A friend and I went to the MF Doom art show at Design Collective. Afterwards, we walked around outside and there was the artist L' Amour Supreme in front of the mural he recently completed. He consented to having his picture taken. Northside, Cincinnati. Keep Northside weird!
I have lost count of the amount of times I have plucked him from the jaws of death. Never bloody learns.
Stormy day in Medina. I was super soaked and looked like I was playing paintball with the rain, hiding behind trees and all, but it was fun.
He speaks of dark futures. Gloom and doom. He message is Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt. He is full of it.
The Doom & Gloom
My Good Friend and travel photographer Krisana Pick Staring into the big blue sky as the waves were ferociously beneath him. Its been a dreary few days in Sydney Australia, and i feel this image depicts it perfectly. As Always, Mahon Pool in Maroubra is one of my favourite places to sit and shoot. I can never tire of this place.
It's the morning like this that i can sit for an hour or two afterwards on that very same ledge to escape and ponder life itself.
