Fall 2002
Geometric pattern... the very beginning of the doodle. My friend Joe was creating a similar symmetrical pattern, so i tried my own hand at it.
Doodles from the past week or so. In between working on the Ribbon Alphabet. I so love how the designs take on lives of their own. I didn't set out to do fabric or underwater designs they just sort of happen! leave a comment and let me know what you are seeing in these works!

I messed up the red one, so it's not done yet, but eventually these will be mounted, framed, and hung up somewhere. My husband likes them so much, he requested that I do not trade them away (sorry! hehe)
Two manipulations of the previous Arch and Window doodle.
Can't beat a bit of digifiddle on a wet day!
I doodled this the same day I took this picture:

Obviously I had a song stuck in my head.
67.365 Sometimes I just start drawing and doodle funny things...like song lyrics. It helps to get the "juices flowing". I pulled out this huge sketch pad I just had sitting around. I got it on sale last year at Michaels. It's 11x14 and it's really great for doodling. I have lots of space to work in. It's amazing how restricting 8-1/2x11" is.
