I have a very weak rotator cuff on my left shoulder. When I tried pulling myself over this spool my shoulder popped out of joint. This is me jumping down so I can hobble over to the side of the course. Thankfully if I relax it will pop back into place after a few minutes. It still really hurts every time it happens.
