While in French Polynesia in November 2024 we had a chance to catch shows at three different resorts. The photos here are from Le Bora Bora by Pearl Resorts. The show was definitely entertaining to watch but it was hard to shoot since it took place right in the middle of the crowded dining area. While it was fun to shoot the dancers there seemed to be more people eating dinner in the photos. Bummer!
Our dining room area. The den & the dining area are one big room, so we used the couch to create separation. It's very "metro". You can also kinda see the mountains through the window.

There were twenty-five small, mismatched glass candle holders that perched on top of the wainscoting, and when we had parties they were all lit and the room glowed. In those moments I felt rich and drunk on life.
I've packed them all away, wrapped carefully. I'm looking forward to the day when they grace another dining room, help bring new dinner parties to life.
